Journey to me Relaxation Technique

This was similar to the relaxation techniques I have been using since my stress management class. It diffently helped to relieve alot of the tension in my shoulders after a long day of working on a computer. I have shared all this information with my fellow co workers, but I need to find if I can pass the track along to them. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know.

  1. Hi Judy. I also enjoyed the relaxation techniques. It really helped me to unwind. It was soothing, calming, and very useful. By the way I love the swimming fish..it is peaceful.
