It's been a slip sliding day

It has been a interesting day here in NC. We had a mix of snow earlier today that made road conditions kinda ify. But being an essential employee at the hospital, I had to slip slide my way in. Did good on my food intake today, trying my best to keep the calories at 1400 or less. But tomorrow will be my test. We are having our snack day at work for Christmas. But I know I can survive......

    Glad that you made it to work and home safely. I know that we have family in Georgia and they said that they got freezing rain.
    Wow that is wonderful that you are able to eat 1400 calories or less a day. How much weight have you lost so far? Is it hard to sit and count the calories? I need to start doing more of that but it seems like such a hassle and time consuming that I never have done it but I need to so I can lose some much needed weight.
    Do you practice daily meditation or some form of exercise and allow time for yourself daily to reward yourself for your hard earned work?

  2. I do practice daily meditation. I have actually lost 15 lbs now. It is trully hard to keep your calories counted, but I use the www.spark.com to really help me keep track. It's a great source....
